Our publication workflow is designed to keep accuracy, image rights, context, and human accountability ahead of speed.

Accuracy and context
Headlines, captions, dates, locations, names, and surrounding context must be supported before publication. Material that cannot be verified should not be presented as fact.
- Distinguish observation from allegation or opinion.
- Do not infer relationships, health, motives, or private circumstances from an image.
- Preserve meaningful context when cropping or sequencing photographs.

Rights and attribution
Every public Article and Gallery must pass rights review or be explicitly marked not required by an authorised reviewer. Credits and licensing links are displayed from reviewed source metadata.

Sensitive material
Content involving minors, private locations, medical matters, distress, bereavement, nudity, allegations, legal issues, or public-interest concerns is flagged for senior review. A sensitive story cannot publish without explicit senior approval.

Automation and AI
Automation may assist candidate discovery or drafting, but cannot publish. AI-assisted fields must be identified and reviewed by a human editor before publication.
